A registered sex offender in Fort Collins has been arrested for sexual assault, stalking, and attempting to enter a home, according to a post on the Fort Collins Police Services Facebook Page.
According to the post the suspect, year-old Cyrus Warren, was arrested after a Dominos Pizza store manager in Fort Collins called police after getting customer complaints about Warren on Feb. The post says an investigation revealed that Warren had delivered a pizza to the customer's home at Village Garden Apartments on December 6. The family's tween daughter answered the door for the delivery. On December 22, Warren again delivered a pizza to the same location.
This time the family's younger daughter answered the door. Warren allegedly asked the girl if her parents were home, and also hugged the girl and picked her up. Police say he also gave the girl a note with his contact information and offering to baby sit.
Warren allegedly returned to the home in regular clothes not his pizza delviery uniform on Feb. According to the post:. Warren asked if her parents were home and asked if he could come inside to use the bathroom.
The girl refused, then closed and locked the door. Warren knocked several more times. Warren has been charged with felony stalking and trespassing charges in connection with those incidents. The sexaul assault charge stems rom a seperate incident involving an adult female acqaintence on December 23, In that incident, Warren is accused of taking the women to a secluded area and raping her. The woman had agreed to hang out with Warren, but instead of driving her to the agreed location he took her somewhere else where the assault happened.
